ViCO offers you everything for the realization of your event. Be it a multi-day conference, a large internal workshop or a joint coffee break. Here you will find a short overview of the functionalities. We would also be happy to show you ViCO in a short demo and, as part of the Farner Group, advise you on dramaturgy and event planning.
Before the event
Editor
- Create your own event landscapes in your design and freely according to your ideas
- The editor offers you many other possibilities like sending info mails or distributing different access rights
During the event
Broadcast
- Start your own streams, with up to 10 speakers directly via ViCO.
- Or work with the professional streaming partner of your choice:
- Presentations and panel discussions can be filmed with multiple cameras, edited TV show style and streamed
- In each broadcast, you can add a chat option as needed and share your approval live with all users via emoji
During the event
Info Desk
- Participants experience continuous support throughout the entire conference (including technical support)
- Participants can use the Info Desk to ask questions of employees or you can store the most important questions directly as a FAQ.
During the event
Networking
- Participants experience networking that is similar to that of a conference
- Networking tables can be named and grouped by interests
- Participants can open new tables or move to ‘interesting’ tables
